1. What is your professional/educational background?

  • Bachelor of Science, Dual, Marketing and Administrative Management 
  • Worked in Sales and Sales Management 
  • National Sales Manager in Academic Publishing
  • Previously a small business owner

2. Why did you choose a career in real estate?

Love the housing industry and market. Enjoy the "science" of combining an emotional decision with statistical evidence to support pricing.

3. What area do you live in currently and what do you like about where you live?

I've lived in most areas of Central Ohio but currently live in Blacklick, Ohio. I enjoy the rural feel but being close to all the city has to offer.

4. How do you spend your free time?

Most of my free time is spent with my children and their activities.

5. If you could only keep 3 possessions what would they be?

Linda listened to our needs, had the connections in order for us to meet with the appropriate representatives from the builder and showed patience as we navigated the process towards our eventual selection. She has represented us with the contractor in getting fixes completed prior to closing and attended the closing in case we had question or concerns. She has continued to follow up with us post closing to support our moving in. We have greatly appreciated her support and professionalism.

Linda is hands down the best realtor I have ever worked with! Her list of people to perform work are people she has used herself. My house was an older house that several things had to be remediated (eg. asbestos flooring, excessively high radon, basement wall needing reinforcement, etc). Not only did Linda know who to contact and obtain estimates, the cost of the work was fair and equal to or less than buyer's estimate. Linda scheduled the work and all was completed in time for closing. Linda is a rare breed and a true gem. Bonnie H.
